Pre-Order Cancelations

Customers will receive a full refund to their payment method if canceled within 30 days. Merchandise credit will be issued if the item or order is cancelled after 30 days.

Duplicate Orders

We cannot monitor for duplicate pre-orders for customers who buy them on separate orders to the same address.

We will combine and ship all pre-order items as they arrive to our store. Shipping for returned duplicate items are paid for by the customer.
