We ship all items Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays)

While most items ship from our warehouse in Indianapolis, we do utilize 3rd party warehouses to help store our product, especially during peak seasons. Because of this, your order may ship out in separate packages. Tracking will be provided for each package. Please reach out if you have any questions about your shipment.

Pre-orders will ship when they arrive to the Sparkle Castle warehouse in Indianapolis.

In the case where a customer has purchased both in-stock and pre-ordered product, we will ship out what's in-stock, and ship the rest of the order when it arrives. Pre-Orders ship within a 48-hour timeframe of being received from the Brand.
