Refund Policy
You can always contact us for any refund or return questions via the contact us page at the bottom of the website.
We offer in store pickups for all items located in our Indianapolis, IN warehouse.
If you select "in store pickup" at checkout, you will be notified via email when the item is ready to be picked up.
- We will hold all pickups for 7 days, after which we will refund the order and make the item available for someone else to purchase.
- If you are unable to pick of your order within 7 days, please contact us.
Sparkle Castle is a gift store, so we know that some times customers will place multiple purchase for the same item.
Therefore if a customer places two orders for the same item going to the same address, we will not always catch these duplicates and will ship out the order as received.
We will make an effort to reach out for confirmation if we identify multiple duplicates, but we cannot guarantee that we will see all of them.
We have a 30-day return policy on non-defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to mail it back to us at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undisplayed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items are final sale only and are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us page at the bottom of the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted.
- Items returned after the 30-day return in new condition will be be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items returned damaged, used, or materially different, will not receive a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If there was an issue with your return, we will contact you.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packages returned to us as "Undeliverable" will be charge a 10% restocking fee.
All damages must be reported by email within 7 days of receiving your order - no exceptions.
Email us pictures of the damage, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label. This will assist us with our carrier claim.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and star the replacement/refund.
We cannot provide refunds for gift cards.
