Shipping policy

Order processing times

After an order is placed, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Pre-Order items will ship as soon as they arrive in our store near the ETA date provided on the product page. The ETA is available to view on the product page, shopping cart, shipping confirm email and account order status. Please be aware that if you purchase a pre-order item, you agree to wait for the item to arrive or reach out to for cancelation.

Domestic and international shipping options

Domestic shipping includes the all States and territories within the United States of America. Additional shipping costs are applied for non-continuous states and territories (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.)

International shipping is applied to all countries not within the United States of America. Items with batteries and restricted materials are restricted from international shipping.

Domestic

  • Economy Orders Under $60 = $8.99 Flat Rate
  • Economy Orders Over $60 = Free Shipping
  • Expedited Orders Under $100 = $24 Flat Rate
  • Expedited Orders Over $100 = $40 Flat Rate

US Non-Continuous and Territories

  • Orders Under $100 = $15 Flat Rate
  • Orders Between $100-$200 = $25 Flat Rate
  • Orders Over $200 = $39 Flat Rate

International

  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, no other shipping fees will be applied after payment.

Local pickup options

We offer a buy online, pick up in-store experience. Choose "Pick Up" delivery at checkout. Once we have pulled the order, an email confirmation will be sent with instruction for pickup. Customers have 15 days to pick up their order, after which the order will be canceled.

Returns, changes, and cancellations

Customers must contact us to begin the process for returns. See our return policy page for more detailed instructions.

  • Damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We have a 30-day return policy on all non-damaged items.

Order modifications can only be done prior to shipping. Switching items can only be done for items of the same or more value. Outstanding payments for price difference must be processed prior to shipping.

Contact us in the event of a shipment lost in transit.

Potential service interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Carrier and weather delays can affect arrival times. We do our best ensure efficient shipping methods.

Order tracking details

We provide tracking information within the shipping confirmation email. If you have a customer account with us, your order details are available with tracking as well.

If we have to void a label and reprocess the order, a separate shipping confirmation email will be sent.
